We’re glad you found us!

We’re a church with people of all ages and many nationalities.

We believe that God speaks through the Bible and that He can empower people to live life to the full.

Whether you are looking for a church or searching for answers in life, you are welcome here.

On Sunday 16th September, we launched our new name ‘New Life Church Lancaster’ and celebrated God’s faithfulness to us.

You can keep up with upcoming events and news by checking out our Facebook page.

Sundays 10:30am

We love Sunday mornings! It’s an opportunity for the whole church to gather together and the following is an idea of what our gatherings involve:

A warm welcome and a time of worship where we openly express our thanks to God and worship God passionately. (Our children love to get involved and provide our percussion!) We encourage the whole church to participate in singing, praying, telling stories of God’s goodness and using gifts that God has given us to encourage each other. It’s because we believe that every person has something to bring to the family worship time. We also give notices to keep everyone updated and we often present a visual memory verse that we challenge adults and children to remember the following week.

A message. Most weeks there will be a speaker who brings a message from the Bible. In 2019 we’re focusing on who Jesus Christ is, what he said and did. If you are not sure about organised religion, the bible or the trappings of Christianity as you understand it but you are interested in this incredible man who walked the earth over 2,000 years ago, this could be for you.

Groups for children & youth run downstairs during the message (usually 11am-12pm We love to teach our children and youth in creative ways and value their involvement in the church.

Response time. This is sometimes a quiet time of reflection and response. Sometimes an appeal will be made in connection with the message, an opportunity to make a response to what we’ve heard.

A friendly prayer team is available after the service for anyone who is sick or needs prayer support, or wants to take their response to the message further.

Tea and coffee is served afterwards in our coffee bar area, providing a great opportunity to get to know others.
